Temporary Overlay Markers (TOMs) are traffic control devices used to provide short-term lane delineation & reflectivity on roads, typically in construction or maintenance work zones.
These markers feature highly retroreflective sheeting to enhance visibility for drivers, especially at night or during adverse weather conditions, such as rain, which can make traditional temporary striping or newly paved asphalt surfaces difficult to see.
