Job Summary

The Government Contract specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing contract opportunities, contract processing procedures and policies, and reviewing standard and non-standard contract requests for government agencies at the county, city, state, and federal levels. The Contract Specialist will lead and manage the entire life cycle of all contracts for the Company.


Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist and spearhead the research and identification of potential contract opportunities with county, state, and federal agencies
  • Develop bid proposals for submission to secure new and continued contracts
  • Analyze contract requirement, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with local and federal requirements
  • Proposal planning, proposal preparation, administration of contracts, and contract closeout
  • Create and maintain database with all current and expired government contracts


Nature and Scope

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.



  • Technologically literate and proficient in Office 365 suite of applications and Microsoft
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in building and sustaining business partnerships
  • Ability to manage work on multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven in-person work environment

Job Summary

Manufacturing Technician – This Tech position’s primary duty will be to assist in various phases of the sign production process. Production duties will include transport of materials required for sign production. Tech will cut sign substrate to required size and prepare surfaces for lamination. Sign graphics and lettering will be applied to sign surfaces. Completed signs will be prepared and packaged for shipping. Time spent on each work process will be entered on a computer.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • When assigned to production of signs, this position will need to be able to carry raw materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Cutting sign substrates, applying sign graphics and lettering will be primary manufacturing duties.
  • May also assist in Carpentry, CAD design, and silk screening, if qualified.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be able to accurately measure materials.
  • Must have ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Must be able to read specifications and interpret instructions.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to interact as a team member. Carpentry, CAD and/or silk screening experience are desired, but not required.
