Our company is seeking to fill a position as an Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling inbound calls and emails, identifying customer needs and building relationships with existing and potential customers. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, creating sales decks and pricing presentations, as well as conducting research to help identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.

· Follow up with potential customers.

· Create and implement sales strategies for existing customers.

· Be available to customers by phone and meet their needs in a timely manner.

· Work to meet sales goals.

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Understand customer needs and requirements.

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

· Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements and Skills

· Proven inside sales experience.

· Track record of over-achieving quota

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Trantex is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, preparing customer orders, managing inventory, and delivering products safely and efficiently to customers. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Verify delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse and delivery experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
