“Ready and Resilient.” That is the theme of this year’s National Public Works Week (NPWW). The American Public Works Association (APWA) believes every public works professional hides a superhero within them, and we cannot help but agree!
For this year, NPWW wishes to highlight the immense skill of artist Kenny Kiernan, who previously illustrated for the likes of Marvel, Disney, Lego, and Scholastic! His artwork features a colorful representation of the hero within every public works professional across the nation!

National Public Works Week is steadily growing at a reasonable pace each year. The APWA has witnessed countless new municipalities join up, and since 1960, the organization has grown to over 30,000 members throughout the United States and Canada.
