Shipping Policy
Online ordering is currently available only to US customers. For international inquiries or to place an order outside the US, please contact us.
Most orders ship within two business days of purchase, excluding manufactured equipment, manufactured signs, and discontinued or backordered items.
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, depending on stock levels, to ensure you receive your order promptly.
We’ll select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

Be Advised:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received before we can process your order.
- FedEx and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-Store Shipping Costs and Options:
- Express or 2-day shipping: Call us at 972-647-8300 for rates.
- Standard shipping: We will calculate the shipping cost and notify you of the total amount before charging your card.
Sales Tax:
- In-store purchases made by customers from out of state are not subject to sales tax. However, online orders will incur sales tax.
- Texas orders are charged 8.25% sales tax unless you provide a tax exemption certificate.
