Description

The Zipper Zero System makes it possible to transform urban space quickly by building segregated cycle lanes and roundabouts. Enables better traffic flow as it not only protects the cyclists, but also prevents other vehicles on the road from getting into the cycle lane.  By it’s modular design, the modules can be installed continuously, allowing the construction of multiple configurations.

• Adapts to any kind of road surface
• Highly visible with 50% of the surface being retroreflective
• Manufactured from recycled materials made entirely with municipal post-consumer waste
• Zero modules weigh about 25% less than the standard Zipper module
• Zero modules also have a smaller carbon footprint than the standard Zipper module
• Minimal intervention on public roads
• Highly resistant to impact and bad weather
• Anchored to any road surface (Zipper A – four anchorage points, Zipper B – three anchorage points, and Zipper 2A – four anchorage points)
• Stocked standard color is white, however color customization is available as a custom order. Custom orders take an estimated 60 days. Available colors  –  yellow, green, red and blue.

  • Zipper 2A Zero – double the width of the Zipper A
