High Performance Channelizing Markers
IRS Tubular Markers may be used effectively as opposing lane dividers of traffic, divide traffic when two or more lanes are kept open in the same direction, channelize traffic in exit only applications, for urban turn restrictions, for indicating changes of alignment in the roadway and to delineate edge of pavement drop off where space limitations do not allow the use of larger systems.
Tubular Markers are ideal for use in parking garages, parking lots and special event facilities. Tubular Markers come standard with our patented reactive spring system that allows the markers to withstand multiple impacts and return to their original position without any vertical listing.
5 different Base Options:
Fixed Base – Fixed Base is a surface mount base designed for permanent applications. This Base has the convenience of a permanent base that secures the upright with bolts.
Quick Release Base – Quick Release Fixed Base is a surface mount base with our unique quick release feature that provides the ability to change out or remove products in less than five seconds without the use of tools or special equipment.
Driveable Base – Drivable Base is a soil mount base designed for off road soil installations. This base is not interchangeable with standard Impact Recovery Systems’ uprights, as it requires a special drivable spring assembly.
Turf Curb – Tuff Curb is a durable, high performance traffic separator curb that is highly visible and resistant to UV damage and fading. In addition, enhanced profile dimensional properties and 3M™ reflectors provide maximum visibility and traffic separation both day and night. Tuff Curb is lightweight and easy to install, with only two connection points to the pavement, resulting in reduced labor and enhanced installation times.
Turf Curb XLP – Tuff Curb XLP was designed to withstand the effects of high speed, high impact applications and is compatible with Impact Recovery Systems’ full line of posts and panels. XLP’s durable low profile design (8”W x 2”H x 40”L) was made to withstand 20,000 lbs. of static force from a single wheel.
