Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Manager to lead our retail operations, oversee daily store functions, and drive sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a team, optimize store performance, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, interview, and train staff to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and company procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, employee orientation, and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or similar settings with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and team management.
- Knowledge of retail math, sales management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
