Product Description

Help your traffic calming devices stand strong and tall with our high-quality epoxy adhesive!

When compared to flat, painted markings, raised pavement markers provide better nighttime visibility for drivers in both wet and dry conditions. But in order to be effective, these markers must be able to endure the elements (and traffic) without shifting, sliding, or falling over. For permanent installation jobs, our white epoxy adhesive is some of the toughest stuff around. Stick a ceramic traffic button or a plastic cycle lane separator to the road using this adhesive, and you can rest assured that the marker isn’t going anywhere anytime soon!

White epoxy adhesive is also available in an easy-to-use cartridge. Speak to a Transline sales representative for product recommendations.

How to Use

When working with two-part epoxy, always mix equal amounts of Component A and Component B. If mixing by hand, be sure to achieve a smooth, even consistency before applying the adhesive to a traffic calming device or paved surface. Do not dilute the mixture.

Epoxy adhesive should be installed on clean, dry pavement when the surface temperature is at least 40°F. Clear the area of dirt and debris prior to application. Sandblasting or grinding may be necessary to remove oil stains and existing markings.

Once blended, white epoxy adhesive has a “pot life” of 6 to 10 minutes. Do all necessary surface preparation work (and material gathering) prior to mixing Component A and Component B. Only compile as much product as you need for the current job; do not attempt to store the combined mixture for later use.
