Description

Our thermoplastic melter is an all-new product for those requiring a smaller packaged thermoplastic melter. As part of the development, strict manufactured cost constraints were in place while requiring our performance goals be met or exceeded. This unique combination of thermoplastic capacity and low investment cost, makes our premelters one of the lowest cost per pound values of any available melter. A great economic value.

Comes in two options: 720 lb or 1250 lb capacities – in both single or dual configurations:

• Insulated steel tank boasts an innovative concave bottom. Thick walls retain heat while the increased surface area of the concave bottom encourage faster melt and recovery times
• Unique agitator blade design lifts, pushes, and mixes the entire material column assuring more uniform thermoplastic temperatures
• Large ring burner, thermostat control, and probe placement accurately control temperatures
• Quick access drop-down burner simplifies burner maintenance to ensure optimum burner efficiency over the lifetime
• Minimized footprint and reduced overall weight allows use in a greater variety of vehicles/trailers.
• Fork lift slots are conveniently located allowing rapid installation and removal from sides or rear of unit. Lift points are standard for overhead lift use.
• Note the 720E uses a 20lbs propane tank and the 1250E uses a 100lbs propane tank system
